Your team can be Digital Engineering Strategy鈥搑eady in four days. Two of them online, two on campus with zero procurement paperwork
The Commonwealth's Digital Engineering Strategy is reshaping how capability gets designed, acquired and assured. If that's landing on your team's desk, they need practical grounding fast 鈥 not another week away from delivery.
The 妹团视频 and Kompozition redesigned the Foundations in Digital Mission Engineering short course to solve exactly that.
Participants leave able to model a full system of interest end to end 鈥 design, acquisition, integration, assurance and sustainment 鈥 and apply it to real programs from day one. A technical background helps but isn't required.
Places are capped at 20 to protect the quality of the on-campus days, and the first cohort commences 27 July 2026.
Enrol by 13 July for early-bird pricing and access to the online modules two weeks early 鈥 so your team arrives already practised, not starting from scratch.

After successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
As Professor of Cyber-Physical Systems, his research spans over 20 years in next-generation mobile and wireless networks, the Internet of Things, cyber-physical systems, network and cyber security, and blockchain technologies. He has published more than 130 peer-reviewed papers, including two books, with over 2,100 citations (H-index 26, FWCI 1.5) in leading international journals and conference proceedings.
Professor Munasinghe has attracted over than $8 million in competitive research funding, including grants from the Australian Research Council (ARC), Commonwealth and State Governments, the Department of Defence, and industry partners. He is a recipient of the prestigious ARC Australian Postdoctoral Fellowship, has served as co-chair of several international conferences, and sits on the editorial boards of multiple scholarly journals. His research excellence has been recognised through numerous awards, including two Vice-Chancellor鈥檚 Research Awards and three IEEE Best Paper Awards.
As co-founder and R&D Lead at Kompozition, Dr Dan Powell applies experience in solving complex problems to the development and application of the Kompozition platform, enabling capability owners to describe and understand the expected and actual behaviour of integrated systems of systems, accelerating and de-risking capability definition, acquisition and sustainment.
Dan has a PhD from Griffith University where he studied under Professor Geoff Dromey - the developer of Behaviour Modelling Language that serves at core of the Kompozition platform.
Asuquo Alexander Okon holds a PhD in Network Engineering from the 妹团视频, Australia and an MSc in Telecommunications Electronics with distinction from the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom. With more than two decades of experience, he has led the design and deployment of secure, high-performance telecommunications and RF systems that support mission-critical infrastructure.
His technical expertise covers LoRaWAN, 5G/6G, edge computing, software-defined networks and software-defined radios, blockchain-enabled telecoms infrastructure, and the Internet of Things. Asuquo has also been involved in digital mission engineering, applying model-based and simulation-driven approaches to integrate and validate cyber-physical systems across domains such as digital infrastructure security and smart cities.
He has held strategic roles in enterprise network design, space technology research, software-defined radio over cloud environments, and RF network deployments for complex, safety-critical operations. Through his work, Asuquo brings together systems thinking, advanced network engineering, and mission-driven innovation to create resilient and future-ready communication ecosystems.
Foundations in Digital Mission Engineering will be powered by Kompozition. Upon completion you'll receive a UC Certificate of Completion, retain 12 months access to the Kompozition Training Instance and be eligible to apply for assessment as a Kompozition Certified Practitioner.
