Ignite your passion for justice and drive impactful change
Study Law at UC
UC's Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Justice Studies are grounded in real people and real outcomes. You won't study law in isolation, you'll explore how law shapes decisions, communities and everyday life. With a strong focus on Work Integrated Learning (WIL) and Canberra's connection to where law, policy and decision-making happens every day, you'll study law as it's lived, not just as it's written.
Build a strong foundation in Australian law
You'll gain a clear understanding of Australia's Constitution and State and Federal legal systems, then put that learning into practice through our on鈥慶ampus Moot Court, internships and practical projects. You'll build the skills to analyse complex issues, form strong arguments and communicate clearly under pressure.
Where your legal career can go
Our law degrees don't lock you into one path. You can move into roles across government, policy, business and community sectors. Learning in Canberra means you're close to institutions, courts and policymakers, with a front鈥憆ow seat to how legal decisions affect everyday life. You'll graduate ready to choose a career that transforms lives, whether that's inside a courtroom or far beyond it.
