The Research Centre for Intelligent Computing and Systems (CICS) leads research in intelligent systems and the computing that underpins them, employing multisensory perception, data analysis, robot control and cyber-physical AI, intertwining digital transformation and AI adoption.

CICS is accepting PhD applications on a rolling basis. Candidates with IT, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplinary backgrounds are welcome to apply.

  • A brief statement explaining why you wish to pursue a PhD, the funding arrangement for your study, and reasons for applying to the Centre (less than 1,000 words)
